We stayed here back in August of 2023 and the experience then was okay and everything was clean. This time we booked for a two night stay and the first night was a little rough as there was constant banging in the hallway from other guests opening and slamming doors and at 630am the next morning, someone slammed into our inside door waking us up. The bed had no direct center support so you sank towards the middle of the bed, making it very difficult to sleep for two people. The next night, we noticed stains all over the sheets, duvet and bed spread and noticed the tub was also not clean. Went to take a shower and had no hot water. Will definitely not be re-booking a stay here again in the future.

No hot water not even warm tv didnt work was up for a wedding would never stay again when we told them there was no hotwater we where called liars only good thing we can say is bed was very comfortable

Our room had cobwebs, dead spiders, no hairdryer, house flies and the sink leaked. Overall wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness but was more disgusted with how the house keepers spoke to us as we were packing up. There’s a polite way to speak to customers staying and I think they could use a lesson or two on that aspect. After we spoke to them about extending our stay we could hear the two girls raising their voices walking down the hallway about them not wanting to be there and needing more bed sheets. I honestly think if it wasn’t for poor attitude from staff i would have just made a comment to the person at front desk about the cleanliness of our room and not had to write a review. I will not be staying here again until some changes are made
