We enjoyed our stay. I loved the hotel room and ambiance of the hotel/casino. There are so many options for food within LIVE! Then there is more food and shopping right outside. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Maryland if there is room. This is a hotspot.

The hotel is nice and clean but the front desk staff is one you need to look out for. They have been mostly helping only their folks and others they don’t even care. They have no customer service or hospitality. There’s a person called Matthew he needs to be fired immediately as he’s the most disgusting and worsts inconsiderate about the customers looks like he doesn’t like to work there and he needs to be sent to therapy and customer service training. Please train the employees and have more divers staff and please teach them customer service or please put them to clean toilets

Had a Queen double room.....Feel safer with lower floors so was accommodated with such...Bed as always was very comfortable..loved the pillows..many yet firm as I love...Room and bathroom was nice and clean..Shower was great..Casino staff was personable and polite...Restaurant staff was very good and didn't have long waits for service...Hope to see you again soon!!!!

The room layout was excellent. Bed was very comfy. Coffee in the room is a plus. Front desk person at the time of check in was not accommodating that i had to talk to a manager who helped me on my reservation. I give it a 4 star because this hotel is a 10 minute drive to the BWI airport. There should be a hotel shuttle that should take a guest or pick up a guest at the airport like most big hotels.

Everything was great. The room was well appointed. The staff very attentive. All accommodations exceeded my expectations and I enjoyed my stay! The food was pricey, but it always is at a ****** and to be fair, it was nowhere near as outrageous as Vegas haha!

Nice room however wasn't able to control the temperature. Was too warm for sleep. Bed was a bit lumpy on one side. Other side was great. Time for new mattress. Bathroom was beautiful. Wonderful light and space.

Room was clean and well decorated but the water did not work properly. Only hot water would come out of each faucet. There was no way to adjust the water temperature in the shower or sink. This made taking a shower nearly impossible. Fortunately I was only staying one night.

Very nice rooms. No amenities as far as drink/snack vending or convenience outlet. You must enter the ****** & purchase from one of the restaurants & show your ID every single time. Even though one employee told us we only need to show our room key card since we are hotel guests, only to be told the next time that we need to show ID after leaving our ID in our room. Huge inconvenience.
