The hotel service is fantastic! Especially the front desk and restaurant staff, who are always ready to help and incredibly warm, truly matching the service level of a five-star hotel. After checking in, we received fresh fruit every day, and there was even a late-night snack available after 9 PM. The hotel environment is excellent, located right inside a wetland park. The only minor downside is that the TV doesn't support screen mirroring, which I hope they can improve. After checking out, we even received a parting gift (four bags of tea)!

First choice for business trips, perfect balance between office and rest
Because I often stay in hotels on business trips, this one is definitely a treasure. First of all, the location is easy to find and it is convenient to take a taxi. The desk in the room is large and the lighting design is very friendly to the office. What I am most satisfied with is the soundproofing of the room. Although it is in the city, it is very quiet at night and guarantees a high-quality sleep. The mattress is moderately firm and friendly to the lumbar spine. The front desk service is professional and efficient, check out free of rounds, save time and worry. Later, I locked this one on a business trip here. And there are free supper and afternoon tea, the taste is also a great 👍

This is my second time visiting Hanzhong, and I chose this hotel again because my first stay left such a great impression. The hotel's decor, surroundings, and service quality are all outstanding! The room was thoughtfully decorated with flowers and a card, which immediately gave me a warm feeling. On the day I checked out, I left an item behind, and the hotel staff promptly found it, contacted me, and even delivered it. I have to commend their excellent efficiency!

This time I stayed at Hanlan Qili Hotel, the overall experience was very pleasant, Hanzhong actually has such a treasure place.
Step into the lobby, the light and shadow are soft, with elegant soft decoration and green plants to create a scene, one step at a time, there is a sense of relaxation in the middle of noisy. The rooms are spacious, the layout is transparent, the furniture lines are warm, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the quality of sleep is very good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the details are in place.
The service is thoughtful and intimate, the check-in is efficient, and the staff is gentle. There is a quiet place in the hustle and bustle of the city, it is very healing and worth punching in.
The next trip will be preferred.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Xiao Ma at the front desk provided thoughtful and meticulous service; I felt so welcomed from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The room was spacious and bright with a well-designed layout, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a fantastic night's sleep. The surrounding amenities are comprehensive, and transportation is convenient. It offers incredible value for money. Overall, the experience was top-notch. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

Although the location is a bit difficult to find, it is better than the small number of people, no noisy environment, the whole atmosphere is very nice, good son 😁 cost-effective, convenient transportation, completely stimulated my desire to go out ( ͈ ᵕ `͈ ) ◞♡ The staff service attitude is very good, polite and polite, can't fault it, Come to play five-star friends, rest assured! The stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, the rooms were warm and comfortable, with attention to detail evident in every aspect. Very good stay experience, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is oversized, the card is swiped into the room and the curtains can be closed and the lights are turned on, really good. Especially the breakfast service, although there are not many varieties, but they are full of sincerity, it is worthy of praise!

Last time I was on a business trip, I stayed at Hanzhong Vienna Hotel. I felt that the hotel environment and facilities were good. This time I went to Hanzhong with friends and I thought of this hotel first. Everything else was good except that I asked the front desk whether the breakfast service could be upgraded. The front desk was a little unfriendly and the front desk service still needs to be improved.

Seriously, the environment is very good, the inside and outside are good, and there is Hanzhong tea, even if you don't leave the room, you can have a pleasant scenery. But this time I was a little disappointed. The water in the bathroom could not be drained out, resulting in every time I took a shower, I had to step on the water toilet, even if I put a lot of towels, I guess it was useless. It doesn't matter if you live for a day. If you live for a few days in a row, you have to step on the bath water to go to the toilet. It is really uncomfortable. We are also reluctant to use bath towels to absorb water. I can say that this problem is obvious. In fact, it can be solved after discovery. Why hasn't it been improved? I like this hotel very much, but I dare not choose this room type in the future.

Liuhuahe-My first trip to Hanzhong was recommended by a friend, and I've stayed here ever since. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and elegantly styled. The mattresses and bedding are very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel is right next to Tianhan Wetland Park, offering beautiful scenery and convenient access for walks, relaxation, and jogging. The hotel breakfast features local specialties, and the room service is exceptionally attentive and welcoming!
