Aifeel Properties in Harbin

Out of roughly ten hotels and guesthouses I stayed at during my road trip, I can honestly say this hotel made Harbin ten times more enjoyable! I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Harbin; you won't find a more convenient or well-equipped hotel. The room facilities and layout were exactly as pictured online – very clean, with plenty of hot water and strong pressure, making showers incredibly comfortable. There were two types of pillows, memory foam and cotton, both comfortable whether leaning or lying down. The soundproofing was good, and the TV was easy to operate, ready to watch right away. Location-wise, it's unbeatable: 50 meters to the left is Shangzhi Subway Station, 70 meters to Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, and 50 meters to Qiulin Store where you can grab some souvenirs before you leave. It's just a 500-meter walk to St. Sophia Church, 700 meters to Central Street, and one kilometer to the Municipal Museum. Best of all, the hotel has its own parking lot, which is super convenient and stress-free! The staff were all very polite and always willing to help with any issues – a huge thumbs up! Our itinerary was quite tight, and they even helped us arrange a one-hour late checkout, which was fantastic!

Disadvantages: The family room is at the elevator door, it will be noisy; the toilet is very small, the door will be pulled, the door will hit the toilet, the shower space is OK; the washing machine is equipped with a dryer, and the dryer is not dry at all. (There is no clothesline for drying clothes... There is no breakfast nearby) Advantages: The hotel is in a good location, close to the Workers' Cultural Center subway station, convenient to Central Street, three subway stations, but more cost-effective than Central Street accommodation. There are delicious food near the hotel, food stalls, fruit stalls, pharmacies. It is good to have robots for takeaways. The front desk staff is good. The front desk staff is really good!

This was my first time staying at a brand under the Rujia umbrella. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout. I especially loved the faux window design with blue skies and white clouds – it made the room feel so much cozier and more inviting, just like home. However, the restaurant staff's behavior left something to be desired, and I'd suggest they improve that. Trust is, after all, the cornerstone of long-term success.
