The local specialty like Suzhou-style noodles was a pleasant surprise; a hot bowl instantly energizes you for the day. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and Supervisor Xinyue was friendly and responded to requests promptly. From luggage storage to inquiry guidance, everything was meticulous and thoughtful, truly embodying the brand's 'friendly and thorough' philosophy. Whether it's the convenient location near commercial areas (like Guanqian Street, just downstairs) or close to transportation hubs (easy access to the high-speed train station), it seamlessly connects to your itinerary. The surrounding area is well-equipped with restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities, making for a very secure and convenient stay.

The hotel is in a good location and is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. The hotel lobby is very clean and the decoration is great. It is my favorite style and the price/performance ratio is very high. It's very comfortable to stay here. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, proactive and polite. The service is great, the facilities are complete, and there is a robot that can deliver meals, which is very convenient. Very satisfied with the stay experience.

I hope all hotels can be like Hampton by Hilton, with attentive service and considerate of customers in everything. My friend and I wanted to stay on the same floor, but because we checked in too late, all the rooms were allocated, so my friend and I were arranged on different floors. The next day at noon, the front desk guy took the initiative to call me and told me that there was a vacant room and he could help my friend change the room to the same floor as me. He also asked if I needed help with the luggage. I am really grateful for paying attention to the needs of guests. I must give a five-star rating and highly recommend it.

It's precisely this special sentiment for Harbin that has drawn us back to the city multiple times. This time, when we visited Harbin, we stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. We had a lot of luggage and were quite concerned about the room size. Coincidentally, the front desk attendant who checked us in was a lovely young lady whose WeChat name is 'Xiao Feng Bu Chou' (literally 'Little Feng No Worries'). She showed us several rooms and, considering our age and the significant amount of luggage we had, she kindly upgraded our room type. This perfectly solved our problem, and it truly felt like 'with Xiao Feng, there were no worries!' We ended up staying eight consecutive nights at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli, and our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, all thanks to encountering Xiao Feng Bu Chou. It's fair to say that Xiao Feng Bu Chou's kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness played a crucial role in making our Harbin trip so happy and pleasant. One day during our stay in Harbin, we unfortunately got an upset stomach from eating out. The next day, the doctor advised us to only eat congee (rice porridge). Coincidentally, Manager He Ying was on duty that day. After I explained our situation to her, I had a bowl of congee in the restaurant. Since I couldn't eat much at once, she arranged for me to take another bowl back to our room to eat later. Her thoughtful inquiries about our well-being and whether we'd seen a doctor or taken medicine deeply moved us. Thank you, He Ying, and thank you to the kitchen staff at Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. The wonderful young lady Xiao Feng Bu Chou and Manager He Ying are exemplary representatives of Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli perfectly embodies Hilton's 'home away from home' philosophy and truly lives up to its spirit.

The location is very convenient, the service was nice everyone was friendly and helpful. Got all the all the necessities but the only problem was with the mat/carpet I think it could be cleaner? Vacuum and stuff. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.
