這家民宿真的性價比特別的高（｀Δ´）！開始的時候訂的房間是城景 沒有仔細看 和老闆聊天聊到，老闆又給升級成了江景房，這是換了以後的新房間之前的房間也很好就是忘了拍照，房間特別乾淨有投影有洗衣機有冰箱，而且房間有很多軟裝，非常好看，所見即所得，圖片上啥樣實際住進去就是啥樣一點也沒有區別，廁所有洗頭水，沐浴露，還有梳子，無論是自己旅遊還是跟朋友或者是家庭入住，都可以果斷選擇，一點都不帶踩雷的，哪個房間都特別好而且老闆人也特別好，我給你發一些旅遊攻略，入住也非常簡單在樓下拿電梯卡上電梯拿密碼鎖開門就行，全程私隱性很好，總之你就放心大膽住住住就行，出門在外住的地方舒適也是非常重要的一個考量。他樓下有小賣部但感覺東西不太好吃，出門就是松花江，非常方便。

位置特別方便，出門就是松花江離巴洛克和中央大街，索菲亞都很近！房東人也挺好，還發了旅遊攻略參考～房間寬敞明亮舒適，特別適合行李多的人居住，可以隨便放，哈哈！

設施：非常好，投影儀非常清晰，有空調，有落地窗能看見松花江，衞生間也非常大
衞生：非常好，很乾凈，沒有異味
環境：非常好，離公交地鐵，松花江，中華巴洛克，中央大街，防洪紀念塔，聖索非亞教堂非常近，很值得推薦
服務：太好啦，老闆態度非常好；因為我們第二天要去溜達打卡，就把行李接着放酒店，放到了晚上5點半，老闆一點説都沒有！！！
總體非常值得推薦的一家酒店！！！
