很少來哈爾濱，這次也是短暫的行程。選了半天最後選了大洋麗茲。對於比較挑剔的我來説，不管是早餐品質、服務態度、衞生環境還是設施條件都是非常不錯的。下午茶氛圍也很好，每天還有新的歡迎水果。前台幫我做了房間升級，真的很nice。位置距離中央大街簡直不要太近。走將近1km就可以到達索菲亞教堂。最後不得不説這家麗茲的裝飾真的很棒，所有服務人員也很棒。下次來哈爾濱還會入住這家。

麗茲的服務絕對值得滿分！專業度沒話説，處理事情又快又好，關鍵是特別有責任心，全程主動溝通進度，完全不用我多操心。更難得的是接待小欣的真誠，會站在我的角度給出實用建議，不像單純完成任務，更像靠譜的朋友在幫忙。不管是做事態度還是專業能力都無可挑剔，以後有需求一定第一時間找她！

客房佈置堪稱藝術品，柔和的杏黃色浴衣、每日更新的鮮切玫瑰、定製香氛縈繞鼻尖，電動窗簾拉開就是絕佳景緻，床品柔軟舒適，讓旅途疲憊瞬間消散。浴室空間寬敞，雙台盆設計實用，備品質感上乘，泡個澡配上鏡面電視，儀式感拉滿。
餐飲體驗同樣驚艷，早餐的餐枱如同藝術品陳列，食材新鮮精緻，廚師還會貼心送上現做的班尼迪克蛋；海明威酒吧的特調雞尾酒口感醇厚，藏酒豐富得讓人驚歎。無論是公共區域的貼心服務，還是房間裏的細節巧思，都讓這次入住成為難忘的美好回憶。

酒店非常的棒，無論是服務，餐點，裝修，還有各方面，人員接待，親切禮貌，早餐跟下午茶也非常的豐盛豐富。是我會再來的酒店。位置離索菲亞教堂還有中央大街都非常的近，步行都可以到達。強烈推薦。

The decoration and feeling is so good. The breakfast choices are awesome! There are only 2 lift, so might have to wait for 1-2 minutes. The location is just in the town walking in less than 1 minute.
