This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Harbin West Railway Station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and efficient. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely stay here again next time! The shower water pressure and temperature were especially comfortable!

This was hands-down the worst trip I've ever had. I have to speak out about it and serve as a warning to anyone planning to book this hotel. First, the cleanliness was a problem. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by a faint musty smell. The sheets didn't look very clean, with yellowed stains on the corners, instantly putting me off staying. The bathroom was even worse. The mirror was covered in water stains, the toilet seat looked sticky, and the sink had hair from the previous guest. It was truly disgusting. Then there was the service. The receptionist at check-in was incredibly cold and indifferent. She ignored my questions and remained expressionless throughout the entire process, as if I owed her money. I have no idea how a hotel like this can afford to charge this much. It's completely a waste of money. I will never return to this place again. I urge everyone to avoid this pitfall!
