非常乾淨安靜的松花江邊上的酒店。大廳很寬敞舒適。房間明亮温暖，有加濕器。現代感明亮乾淨舒適的裝修。房間無異味無煙味，酒店背面過馬路就是松花江。沿着美麗的松花江邊直接散步拍照20多分鐘左右就可以到達中央大街，真是很不錯的位置。出門口就有公交大巴，地鐵口也在不遠處。從機場到酒店的交通方式很多，打車也很方便。淋雨水量充沛水温合適。大床乾淨舒適。還有電視APP，夜間可以點選喜歡的電影看，真是很放鬆。前台的LL小姐姐給予了很熱情周到的照顧，是在哈爾濱旅途中最喜歡的一家酒店。

這次入住體驗感非常不好，主要體現在以下幾個方面。
1.房型設計很差。天花板很低，導致房間內温度高達30度，感覺人要中暑了。
洗澡出來就面對着窗，根本沒有放衣服的地方。
2.掛衣處設計不合理，就在洗手枱邊上，並且沒有隔離板隔開，導致洗漱或盥洗，衣服都會濕掉。
3.裝修味很重。酒店是去年新開業的，雖然已經一年，但是估計是開了暖氣，味道又全部跑出來了，很臭。
4.價格虛高，酒店的設施配不上它的價格，舉幾個例子，剛入住電話機就是壞的、馬桶還會自己噴水。
5.酒店設施差。偌大一個酒店洗衣房衹有一台洗衣機一台烘乾機，而且烘乾機烘了三個小時衣服都沒幹（衣服也沒有放很多）
6.用餐體驗也不好。送了下午茶自助，聽起來好聽，但是非常敷衍，裏面的食品還沒有超市裡賣的味道好。
一般酒店都含早，但是這個酒店不含，餐廳門口看了一眼早餐品種，品種非常之少，慶幸沒有多花錢訂早餐。
7.用餐服務不好，去吃下午茶的時候，餐廳裏的保潔，服務人員都坐在餐廳裏聊天，非常之懶散。
8.最後，也是巧合，剛好我們住的最後一天早上居然停水停電了，衹能走消防通道下樓。
唯一好的衹有前台的服務人員，給小哥哥小姐姐點贊。

The location is very good, i had a great experience with Mr. Xiadeqiang. He’s a kind staff member and helped me out a lot. Huangbaoyu is also a very kind staff member and so helpful! They even gave me gifts :) great people. The room is very big and comfortable, basically has everything you need and more.
