Very satisfied, I'll definitely choose to stay here again. It's conveniently located right by the subway station, the environment is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. It's the best choice for both business and leisure travel.

The hotel facilities look decent and relatively new. A 4-star rating would be more fitting; it definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars. Ctrip is clearly just out to make money, their rating standards are so arbitrary. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible 🤮. I could hear conversations from next door crystal clear, and the sound of them using water felt like it was happening right in my own room. The room door also slams shut incredibly loudly. If you knock on the walls, they don't sound like solid walls, but more like partitions. The gym and badminton court are combined, which makes it unusable – it's incredibly noisy. To be fair, the service was actually good. They upgraded my room when I checked in, and gave me a small souvenir when I checked out.

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright. Service Manager Zhao Zhao was very helpful with the arrangements, which was great.

Service manager Zhaozhao thoughtfully arranged the room, making me feel right at home. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend staying here.
