Great hotel for the price. The staff at the front desk are nice and reachable on WeChat. The room was big, clean, and so well-kept I could walk barefoot. Breakfast was fine and included. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries. Location is perfect: a 5-7 minute walk to a mall and a convenience store next door. Noticed some smoke on the 4th floor, but overall the environment is nice. Highly recommend for a stay in Harbin.

The hotel was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was simple and clean, though the shower area had a slight damp smell. But overall, everything was very good. The hotel provided afternoon snacks and fruits every day. They also offered a washing machine and dryer, but usage was limited. There were many guests wanting to use them, so even after several attempts, we didn’t manage to get a turn. The breakfast buffet was quite varied with plenty of choices. The hotel’s location was excellent—it was just a short walk to Central Street, probably somewhere around the middle section. I explored Central Street over two days: the upper part on the first day and the lower part the next day, because the weather was extremely cold. It wasn’t too far to walk to St. Sophia Cathedral either. The hotel offers a Song-style aesthetic costume experience, but the clothes had an unpleasant odor. Hope this can be improved. Since our return flight was very early, the hotel even prepared a simple breakfast for us to take away, which we really appreciated. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
