第一次來哈爾濱遊玩的南方人選擇了這家風情酒店。酒店服務滿分！！！從出門吃飯回酒店發現淺色衣服袖口沾着油漬，當時已經20點多了和前台聯繫後讓保潔上門來取衣服還送上門，真的是辛苦阿姨了弄衣服到23點多，相當感動！必須五星好評！

強烈推薦大公館1903！進店就感受到超熱情的服務，前台遞上熱飲還耐心講解酒店歷史，行李主動送到房間，細節處滿是貼心。衞生更是無可挑剔，房間角落一塵不染，地毯乾淨到能光腳走，床品柔軟親膚。復古雕花傢俱搭配百年電梯、油畫長廊，彷彿穿越俄式貴族府邸，加上絕佳的中央大街區位，下次來哈爾濱還住這兒！

位置特別好，幾步就到中央大街，幾百米就到紅磚早市。酒店大堂，房間裝修俄羅斯風格很有特色。下午茶和早餐也都特別棒。特別是酒店所有的工作人員態度都超級好。非常愉快的入住體驗，下次來哈爾濱一定還住這裏。

Super nice hotel to stay. Amenities was top notch. Staffs are super friendly. They provided free costume for photoshoot. Location is just a short walk to Zhongyang street which is perfect. Overall very lovely experience. Wish we could stay more!
