The overall was just okay, considering its in a great location. But the room was quite small, and I have had better service from other hotels in Shanghai and Beijing.

The hotel meets the good standards you’d expect from ibis—clean and with spacious rooms. Personally, my room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy, but overall it was a great stay. The staff was very helpful, and the location is right in the city center, making it super convenient to get around and very close to a bus stop. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

Great location, very close to Central Street, and the price is quite reasonable. The front desk staff, both young men and women, were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible.
