房間寬敞，江景房視野很開闊，有地面和地下停車場，酒店位置不錯，進出哈爾濱方便。工作人員待客熱情，樓層保潔大姐笑臉待客，見我喝茶，特意每天多放幾瓶水備用。早餐品種豐富，中西合璧，有地方特色。

雖然是老酒店，但是整體水平還是很到位的。位於松花江畔，而且離中央大街也不遠，樓下還有地鐵，很方便。
住的江景朝向，視野很開闊，很值得。節假日遇到房間不滿意，協商後加錢升級了房型，整體入住體驗很好，服務員響應也快。早餐超好吃，品類豐富而且口味很棒，就是要錯峯，不然需要等位。

房間老舊…真的又小又舊，洗漱用品也非常差，梳子梳一下頭髮直接彎了… 工作人員服務態度非常好，窗外湖景很好，早餐自助也很好吃，就是房間實在是太小太破了……刷新我對香格里拉的印象了
