1.modern type of hotel with smart button.
2.room is spacious for 2 pax, exactly same as what they advertise. The bed are soft. The have full length mirror at the entrance too.
3.professional receptionist, they can converse in basic english, plus point they are cute too 😍.
4. Location near to hot tourist attraction.

I had a very positive experience at this hotel. It's excellent, very close to the main square. Although it's a little hidden, this doesn't detract from the experience at all. Furthermore, the cost-benefit is outstanding; it's definitely worth the money.
The receptionists are wonderful, always willing to help, and very polite. They always use a translation machine with audio and text to ensure clear communication. Every time I entered the hotel, they would greet me warmly.
The service was consistent—every day they placed a small bottle of water in my room and replaced the toiletries. I initially stayed for two days and left because I had booked another hotel, but I couldn't stay long at the other one and ended up coming back here, which was the right decision. On my next trip, I will definitely book here again.

房間寬敞整潔，洗刷用品齊全，是新裝修的，床墊很舒服，設施先進是智能的電器開關和電動窗簾，電視的寬帶流暢，地理位置超好，離中央大街、索菲亞大教堂、博物館、火車站都很近，離2號線地鐵口衹有幾步遠。早晨酒店門口有早市，各種當地早餐和水果蔬菜都很新鮮便宜，是一個鬧中取靜的好地方。服務態度很好，一直是微笑服務。房間每天打掃很乾凈

這次旅行選的酒店真的太讓人驚喜了！位置特別方便，不管是去景點還是找美食，都花不了多少時間，周邊還有商場，晚上閑逛很愜意。
房間乾淨得沒話説，床鋪整潔，衞生間也沒有一點異味，洗漱用品擺放得整整齊齊。而且酒店服務態度超棒，從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到入住期間有問題時工作人員的迅速響應，都讓人心裏暖暖的。下次出行，這家酒店肯定還是我的首選 ！

來哈爾濱玩耍，提前看過點評過來的！到了發現是在一個小巷子裏，以為會翻車，結果進來了之後才發現酒店裡麪是全新翻新過的，門口還有兩衹可愛的小貓咪。房間裏的設備都是全新智能的，真的讓人很滿意，這個價格真的性價比很高，尤其是枕頭和床墊真的很好睡，隔音也是嘎嘎好！唯一遺憾的是沒有洗衣房和餐廳，但是還是很滿意！離索菲亞大教堂，中央大街步行幾百米就到了，地鐵口也是300米的距離，附近還有個菜市場，吃喝玩樂出行都方便！推薦來爾濱都住這裏

從25號入住到30號退房，第一天覺得房間挺好至少乾淨，後來換了有浴缸的房，一天比一天糟糕，忽冷忽熱的水，以及續住 打掃阿姨除了把垃圾袋換了，其他一概沒動，桌上的油，廁所地上的牙膏蓋子，淋浴間裏使用完的沐浴洗髮乳空瓶，完全沒有收拾過，馬桶上殘留阿姨的頭髮，總比來説，酒店位置離地鐵近，但衞生真的需要大加強
