The concierge team definitely went the extra mile to help me in navigating the barrage of local Chinese apps. Ordering food in with the delivery robot was such a novel experience! Location-wise, the airport bus stop (line 3) drops you off right across the road, and the bus stop back to the airport is right outside the hotel (＜1 min).

The front desk was helpful & friendly. Location was strategic easy to go around in Harbin. The only things is the single bed at the ground level was very hard. It’s common for the local to sleep on hard mattress but for us it not so comfortable.Will be good if the room can come with a mini fridge. Overall we are happy with our stay at this hotel.

I had an overnight layover in Harbin, so this hotel’s location was perfect for getting a taste of the city a little bit before going back to the airport. Very simple, no-fuss, clean hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Great value for money.

The Ibis Harbin Central Street Airport Bus Station Hotel is the ideal place of convenience in Harbin because the bus top that connects directly to the Taiping International Airport is literally right outside; less than one minute. The nearest subway station is located in Shangzhi and is only 7-10 minutes on foot. The general areas and the room was very clean and all basic amenities were provided. The breakfast was quite good and the price was reasonable. The customer service was very good and they have their own AI robot that delivers food to your door and the still call to make sure you know the delivery is outside your door. I was more than satisfied with the stay experience.

The location is excellent as we could take airport shuttle bus and take off opposite the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel is very closed to Zhongyang walking street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. The room is very big and clean, bed is comfortable.

Excellent hotel centrally located near the Zhongyang central street. Very clean, equipment in good condition, good selection for breakfast. Would recommend.

The popular walking street and airport transport just beside the hotel. Free use of the washer and dryer, free supply of mineral water. Providing good quality of toiletries.

The food is delicious, although there is little left by 9am. The location is convenient - there is a bus stop from/to the airport and a beautiful pedestrian street nearby. Lots of rooms without windows - an unusual experience, although it allows for a good night's sleep.
