The location is super easy to find, really close to Central Avenue and all that. The hotel environment is top-notch, no complaints there. I stayed for four or five days, and the cleaning lady was always so thorough. And the front desk staff, both the ladies and the gentlemen, had service that was absolutely, incredibly, unbelievably amazing! They were so responsible. They truly made me feel the warmth and hospitality of Northeast China from the beginning to the end of my trip. Northeast China is great, I'll definitely come back! And when I do, I'm staying here again!

The environment here is lovely and very quiet. The hotel staff are incredibly responsible; they specifically reserved a room for me that wasn't facing the street and even thoughtfully gifted me a 'Yi Ju Duo Kui' pendant (a lucky charm for success). The front desk attendant even went out of his way to wait for me for 10 minutes in the backyard parking lot, which I found to be a very thoughtful gesture.

The room is basically the same as the Ctrip pictures! The old man was in a hurry to go to the bathroom, and the child jumped on the bed, so there were no pictures left! This is my second stay! Because I drove, there is a large parking lot! This is one of the reasons why I chose it! It is about 30 minutes drive from Central Street. There is a bit of traffic jam on 51, and you can basically reach the vicinity of Central Street in 40 minutes! (There are subway stations and bus stops near the hotel, which is also very convenient) It is convenient to go to various attractions! Service attitude, nothing to say! Very formal! Very warm! I thought a hotel in the city center for over 700 yuan a night would be fine, but I didn't expect all the windows to be behind glass, with no external ventilation. If you mind, don't book. This building looks like a converted commercial building. Second, the toilet is a fake smart toilet 😂, it just flushes automatically and doesn't even clean your butt. Please don't mislead guests. Third, the breakfast is very basic, with limited variety. There are only two waiters, and the guy who makes noodles and wontons also has to help greet guests... Can't they just focus on cooking? Fourth, I don't understand the light in the bathroom mirror. Who needs a backlight? Guests want a bright spot, so who are you putting it behind the mirror for? The new renovation still has a bit of a stale feel. Overall, if the price is over 600 yuan, I advise against booking it; it's simply not worth it. The decor is new and certainly looks good, but the overall hardware, software, and service aren't up to par with a four-diamond rating. You should try other hotels. There are much better hotels in Shenyang for the same price in the city center for over 700 yuan. I still can't figure out how they got that price! How did they get a diamond rating? It makes me angry just thinking about it!

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The hygiene was excellent, and the decor felt very new. The lady at the front desk had an incredibly good service attitude; she was always enthusiastic and helped me solve any issues I had promptly and perfectly. I specifically chose this hotel after doing some research for Little Qi Ge's concert. Although it's not the closest to the venue, it's only three subway stops away, or a 15-minute taxi ride. The hotel is also located on a street with various restaurants and markets, giving it a lively and authentic atmosphere.

I was attending an event nearby and found this hotel online beforehand. Initially, I just chose it for its proximity to the venue, but after checking in, I realized how great it truly is! On the morning of my arrival, I received a call from the hotel asking about my room preferences and any specific needs, which was a pleasant surprise (+1 point). The front desk staff provided excellent service during check-in. It wasn't an obsequious kind of service, but rather genuinely comfortable and welcoming (+1 point). The room environment and cleanliness were impeccable. The cleaning staff were also wonderful – efficient and very polite (+1 point). I needed to print some documents at the front desk, and the service was absolutely incredible. They were so knowledgeable, they could practically work at a print shop! They understood exactly what I needed right away. I initially thought there would be a charge, but it turned out to be free. Huge bonus! (+3 points)!

A must-go for business trips, our regular haunt and gathering place, recommended by a colleague. It's right next to the high-speed rail station, and the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the station. The front desk has moved to the third floor, which seems like business has been tough in recent years, especially in every industry! This hotel's style is just right for me, and the service is okay, which is fine. The only downside is the old facilities, but it's an old hotel after all, so it doesn't affect the experience. I still love it.
