This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel stay I've had in Harbin to date. The hotel provides a dedicated shuttle service, and the two drivers (one for the morning shift and one for the evening) were both incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean. As a newly opened establishment, it boasts modern amenities like smart Xiaodu assistants and food delivery robots. I wasn't aware that breakfast service ended at 8:30 AM and arrived a bit late, finding that all the food had already been cleared away. However, the kind gentleman overseeing the breakfast area went out of his way to bring everything back out for me to choose from. Overall, the entire experience was fantastic. This is a very clean and thoughtful hotel, and I highly recommend it!

This hotel offers exceptional service. As a tourist, I was pleasantly surprised to find out they provide free shuttle service from Gate 4 on the second floor of the airport. Both the driver and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The heated floors, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel surroundings are very quiet. With the heated floors, I didn't even need the AC. The front desk recommended a cafeteria with affordable and delicious food, which saved me from the expensive airport dining. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin. Highly recommend!
