The breakfast selection was also quite varied. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. Transportation is equally convenient, with Shangzhi Avenue Metro Station just behind the hotel and a bus stop right outside when you turn right. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The elevators were clean, smooth, and had short waiting times. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant.

This saved us a lot of trouble with planning. After checking in, the detailed service was exceptionally heartwarming. The cleaning auntie cleaned the room so meticulously; tabletops and bathroom corners were all wiped spotless. She proactively replenished mineral water and toiletries daily. Seeing that we had brought a lot of snacks, she even brought an extra storage tray. Whether it was day or night, whenever we called the front desk with a question, the response was always quick, and the attitude consistently patient and gentle, without any perfunctory responses. The hotel's amenities are also very comprehensive. Free hot water and tea are always available, and the laundry and drying facilities are free to use, with staff proactively showing us how to operate them. Luggage storage and arranging taxis were also readily available. Returning from an evening stroll, there were always staff members on duty in the lobby, which made me feel very secure. On the day of check-out, the staff actively helped us with our large luggage and even gave us a special Harbin souvenir, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's location is great, not far from the Hagia Sophia. The room's cleanliness was also good, and the price during the National Day holiday wasn't expensive. The only issue was the parking; it was a real problem. The public parking spots across from the hotel were basically impossible to get, and during the holiday season, you couldn't even find parking at shopping malls within one or two kilometers. We had no choice but to park at an outdoor lot two or three kilometers away. Overall, I was satisfied~
