This is a disgrace to the area, if not to humanity. Rundown, filthy, raggedy, disgusting, looks like a rat hole, drug infested habitat. I just wonder what the inside would be like. After checking in at midnight, we ran out for our lives at 12:01am. What a shame! This place should be condemned and deemed inhabitable and a life threatening hazard!

This place was horrible, I have pictures I’ll post if I Dont get my money back for the night we didn’t stay. The pictures on line and what we saw were on different ends of the spectrum. We walked into the rooms and literally walked out and filed a complaint and now waiting for hear back. Bodily fluids that don’t need a black light to see should not be on sheets, lamps, etc. smelled like death died twice over inside a skunk in the desert heat

Wyndham should be ashamed of itself for owning a hotel like this. This hotel is an absolute disgrace. It's probably in the worst part of town. It's so far off the beaten path that there isn't even a decent resturant in the area. We are VIP Founders Owners and we travel at least 6 months out of the year. We use our Wyndham Reward points for our hotels while traveling. But this one is definately on our do not stay here again list. I realize it is Spring break and we are traveling back home to Florida from Williams burg VA. and most hotels are booked but this one is definately a no no. Stay away. Nothing in the room works and it smells like smoke and cat pee and it's supposed to be a non smoking room. Wyndham Be Ashamed.

Besides the nice front desk agent everything else was horrendous. Everywhere you look there was something broken or dirty. So gross! The 800 number reps were somewhat helpful but they were not able to resolve my issue either. Seems like the policy works to ensure they don’t refund anyone no matter the situation

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Bugs, in room. Room not cleaned for days. Staff not present for hours. Unanswered calls for service. Dont stay here

The room don’t event look like the picture on the add i had a non smoking room n it was terrible smell not to clean

Renovations are under way so there was some debree about the building. Room was satisfactory. TV was broken but we don't watch much of it anyway. I95 runs along sthe back building so lots of truck noise.

As we drove up to the property we noticed it was in disrepair - there were activities going on that we weren't comfortable with - we chose not to stay there
