No fridge or air-conditioning in the room. Some staff at the reception may be friendly and customer-oriented. Aiding. We got little explanation when we arrived, so oa did not know where the sauna was, how it worked, what was there, if the water in the room was free (recall this, that gives your customers a good feeling). On our balcony was unherb (room 128). We had expected more for a room of 190€/night. The room was spacious, the beds and beds were good. The hotel is close to the Hardelot and the sea in green. The parking is free and sufficient The hotel has a lot of potential provided better management.

A great base, close to the centre of town overlooking the river. The hotel shares an underground carpark with an adjacent shopping mall, to which end there is a 'secret door' from the mall into the hotel. Back at the start of March CoVid restrictions were still in place in France, the requirement for proof of vaccination, so these were required at check in. We were directed to our room, via the elevator. The room whilst 'bijou' had all the amenities within easy reach and best of all a river view. The bed was comfortable and the shower was plentiful and hot. Where this hotel excelled was it's location, within easy walk of the harbour, fish market, marine centre and the town centre, cafes and restaurants. I'm reminded of a top tip!! Buy your wine, cheese, pate etc on the Saturday - The shops are closed on Sunday, even in Cite d'Europe!!
