This is the place to stay if you’re visiting Little Bighorn National Battlefield. I booked this motel on the strength of the positive reviews I read here on Trip Advisor, and our experience lived up to those reviews. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Loved my stay at the Lariat. Proprietors Waylon and Amy are super nice and showed me real home-town hospitality. Rooms were very clean and decorated in a fun western motif. Location is great for visiting Little Bighorn Battlefield and other sites in southeastern Montana. I'd definitely stay there again on my next trip to Montana.

Beds were great but layout of the room was awkward and bathroom was small. Also one of the beds was a double instead of queen size. Very cute though!

This property was built in 1959. And it still has some of that classic 50s and 60s looks. But it is renovated to the max. I love the flowers and I love the bedspread and I love the hardwood floors and the bathroom. The water is real soft, it is just one comfortable motel to stay. I highly recommend it. My name is ThomasScimia you must stay there.
