This was our 2nd stay at Carlisle Inn. First stay was in Dec. and everything was absolutely wonderful. Our 2nd stay was good all but the room on 3rd floor. It was old, outdated, laid out wrong, bed was hard and lumpy & guts falling out of bed springs. We will stay there again but will be very choosy on which room we stay in. The staff is great & very helpful.

When asking the front desk if we could have a room on the quiet side of the hotel (plus not a busy week) the front person said “since I booked thru a third party they couldn’t give me a better room. If I had booked directly thru them they could give me a better room.” We have been given the same room each time we booked thru the same third party. Unfortunately the mattress is hard and the room is right next to the elevator and dining area. Very loud. Didn’t realize it’s due to NOT booking directly thru the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was really nice. The room was very clean and well stocked. We really like the express check out. We had coffee and hit chocolate this morning durig breakfast. We chose nit to eat because we care what was served. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

The views was amazing, rooms were a nice size, there was continental breakfast every morning. They do cookies and popcorn from 6pm to 9pm everyday but Sunday evening, which was a nice touch. You could walk to Der Dutchman which was right next-door to eat dinner if you didn't want to drive anywhere. It was super nice and cozy.
