Kamer ergens achterin een bijgebouw waar geen receptie of personeel is, wat als vrouw alleen toch een wat onveilig gevoel gaf. Kamer ziet er schoon uit maar voelt/ruikt muf en vochtig. Zeker niet van der Valk waardig. Wel vriendelijk personeel.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, Wunsch nach großer Tafel für mehrere Familien wurde trotz regem Betrieb möglich gemacht. Frühstück ist gut. Zimmer insbesondere das Bad wirkte nicht mit großer Sorgfalt geputzt, obwohl sich das Hotel mit den täglichen E-Mails zur Nutzung des orangenen Buttons (für die Umwelt) sicher einige Putzgänge erspart haben wird.

Die Unterkunft bietet fast alle Annehmlichkeiten, Kaffee, Tee und Wein bei der Suite vorhanden, jedoch keine Minibar und kein Kühlschrank. Es gibt Roomservice und eine Minibarbox lässt sich bestellen.
Kingsize Bett, Badewanne mit Wirlpoolfunktion, 2 Balkone, Regendusche, vollautomatischer Kamin mit Gas, lässt sich über Fernbedienung an und ausstellen.

Ontbijt is goed maar er is in vergelijking met andere Van der Valk hotels weinig keus. Ook worden de tafels tijdens het ontbijt niet afgeruimd, alle vieze borden e.d. blijven staan. Wij gaan vaker alleen ontbijten bij een Van der Valk hotel en dat is altijd prima, Westerbroek hoeft van ons niet weer.
