From the first instant we were very impressed with the professionalism of Princessa hotel staff. Their customer service is second to none. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed our expectations. Comfortable Accommodation, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The very nice pool at the rooftop of the hotel with it's panoramic views to the mountains & sea, and the pool bar where you can enjoy tasty cocktails, lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel, and surely we will come back. Thank you for this memorable stay

Excellent stay in the hotel. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff who did not hesitate to do their part to help us have the best possible stay (reservation of restaurants to discover, advice on the most beautiful beaches, places to visit etc.) and that at any time .
In addition, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general is impeccable!
Also, special mention for the two Tonys (taxis dedicated to hotel guests) who were incredibly kind and took care of us like their children.

Very nice property in general
Staff is very nice and try to help as they can
Roof top was amazing
House keeping were excellent 👌 everything is tidy and clean and changed daily
Bartenders were friendly and gave us recomndations for things to do
Receptionists were professional
The Manager Mr. Fadi was so kind and classy
The beds were so comfortable.. maybe one of the best we have ever tried in a hotel 👌👌👌
Electricity 24 hours, calm neighborhood, air conditioning top notch ..
Sea view rooms is recommended
And you can try paragliding also because all the paragliding offices were next to the hotel..
Highly recommended ..

1 of the best hotels in jounieh! Very clean! Super friendly staff! Spacious rooms! Gym and rooftop pool are available! View is wow very close to jounieh bay Will come back for sure very soon! Big thx to Philippe :)
