Excellent location, food is very good. But i'll suggest the hotel staff at least sleep on their room bed the bedding is very poor. The mattresses were in mutilated condition. Bedding needs to be changed not repaired.

The location is very near hardly 200 metres from har ki pauri. You can experrinece mesmerizing view of river ganga and mountains from your room. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel manager is very cooperative. Staff is amazing and very quick in delivering services. Food was affordable and tasty. Highly recommended place if you want a nearby stay from hear ki pauri.

I have applied for 2persons per room and 2 double bed rooms. I have been booked as such. Awhen i reached at 10. 00 pm - staff told only two persons will be permitted. They are argumentative and i'll mannered. When i asked me that i am four persons. If you are not ready to accommodate us, refund my money. They refused. After half hour hot discussions i was allowed. In the morning there was no toiletries in the room. Property was -1 floor, so no mountain view as promised, as it is underground.

Excellent location of the hotel, very near to the har ki pauri, hotel staff was very cordial, room was clean and very comfortable stay.

Initially the stay seemed to be good. But later found a lizard in the room at night. Next day, during checkout when I informed this to the person at reception, he started saying - “to pyaar se sula lete apne paas” and “ek chipkali pack kar k de doon kya?” . Obviously, these comments were not well received and not sure why would he think about joking with me. These are absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

Though room is small but clean. Location is near Har-ki-pouri ghat and beside Ganga. One thing it is to mention here that one day we go for some outing in the morning after breakfast and after coming back it is found that short pant of my daughters which were left in the balcony for drying, are tearing condition and also one towel of mine was missing. I conveyed the fact to reception , they said may be it is the act of monkey leaving surprise to me that the doors of balcony were closed. So be cautious.

Property's location is very good. Hour ki pouri is 3 minutes walk way. Food & amenities is average. If you pressurise them then they take a prompt action for food quality & cleanliness of room. Otherwise they are not take care. One thing is good for parking of your car is available.
