There were several bugs in our room (dead and alive).
It says there is a gym, and there isn't. There is a pool, but it was closed for maintenance, which wouldve been nice to know ahead of time.

I stayed here for an extended period this past month. Generally, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was neat and clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job! The beds were comfortable and the shower was probably one of the best hotel showers I have had in a long time. However, the breakfasts pictured on the Trip Advisor Website are not accurate (the hotel website just says "full breakfast". What this entailed was cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches, Waffles, maybe fruit (at least once when we were staying there the fruit was out), and coffee and juice. It was all tasty, just not what we expected. Also, the pool was out of order, but that was temporary and didn't hugely affect our trip.

I stay here every time I come to Harlan, and I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the rooms are always clean.
