Great experience! All staff were super accommodating and really friendly. From booking till check out I was very impressed. The deluxe queen studio with kitchenette was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great also, and there is a nice bar/hotel across the road. Very happy.

We have stayed at Northpoint Motel a number of times now and found the management and staff friendly and helpful every time. It's our kind of Motel.

Friends and I stayed in 2 rooms for a family celebration at a nearby venue. The motel was very well appointed and clean, streaming options on the television, and the young management very friendly and helpful, directing us to a restaurant which was relatively new, nearby, with delicious food which was well priced. The room had useful and delicious additions which have mostly disappeared from the motel scene - a desk lamp and yummy cookies on the refreshment trays. Easy parking, situated on the New England Highway which becomes Ruthven Street, quite close to the CBD.

Family owned business that is run so well. All the staff were so accomodating and the rooms were well prepared and very very clean. Modern and renovated rooms as well and I loved having blinds and block out curtains for this of us who want to sleep in. Will be back it’s our new favourite place to stay Toowoomba.

Everyone was helpful and pleasant which made your stay even more pleasant would stay here again if I am in Toowoomba. Easy access in and out of motel and close to everything you could want. Large fridge and cooking utensils if you want or food works has food made to order right next door.

Friendly hospitable staff very nice welcome. Room was modern clean and comfy air-conditioned nice and quiet. Good size kitchenette and fridge Shower roomy enough with good water pressure. All the bits and pieces from shampoo to fluffy clean towels comfy pillows, real milk decent coffee all makes a difference. Second time I've stayed, I will be back.

Angela as well as her caretaker parents were all very helpful and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean as well as comfortable for our stay. We've stayed before and will again. It's a great spot. It's quiet and just out of the busier city itself. Very easy to get to everything from the location. We highly recommend staying here!

The rooms are dark during the day and quiet,as a Shift worker it was one of the Best I have stayed at.The Hosts Angela and Daniel made you feel welcome.I hope every time I have work in Toowoomba,that I will be able to stay there.
