Pésimo estado del hotel. Las áreas generales están cayéndose de la falta de mantenimiento. El
Servicio muy malo.
Dan preferencia a ciertos cliente en la asignación de las habitaciones (americanos).
Nos dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, entramos y había gente en el interior. El personal ni siquiera se disculpó por su error. El desayuno se acaba pronto, no hay suficiente para todos los huéspedes.

The bed was comfortable, and the living area was clean, but the tub had mold around the edges. Almost no water pressure in the sink

Muy mala experiencia nos dieron habitación y estaba sucia nos cambiaron otra y también sucia nos dieron una tercera muy descuidada era lo único que tenían y no me quisieron reembolsar tuvimos que quedarnos ahí pésimo servicio y lugar en el frigobar había comida de alguien la puerta no cerraba bien que terror dormir en ese hotel

This was not what I expected from a Quality Inn. This is an old La Quinta that was very dated and in need of major updating .

Limited breakfast choices. Swimming pool was not active-empty. Facility and grounds appeared to be under construction/renovation. Perhaps when renovation is completed this will be a more desirable option.
Did have grocery and shopping across the street, and easy freeway access.
