Comfortable room in an amazing building. Great location - lots of wineries easily walkable! Staff friendly, especially in offering us an alternative room as we had booked a double and ended up in a twin. Beds were comfy but on the whole it needs a bit of tlc. Had to be very careful getting in/out of shower as the bidet is in the way. Courtyard area is amazing and food looked good though we ate out.

Un edificio espectacular, con un claustro impresionante, en el centro de Haro. Podría ser perfectamente un Parador. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque el suelo de las habitaciones es de moqueta, aunque me comentaron que lo están cambiando. La habitación era cómoda y tranquila. Las almohadas y colchón muy cómodos. Cambian los colchones con mucha regularidad. El desayuno muy bueno y en el claustro. Productos de calidad. El personal muy amable. Especialmente el Sr. Félix, muy educado, eficiente y que se nota que le gusta su trabajo. Lo mismo he de decir del Sr. Fernando de cafetería. Hacen que te sientas como en casa. Aparcamos en la zona azul delante del hotel sin problemas y muy barato. Volveremos siempre que podamos. Muchas gracias

Para trabajar o estar de paso, en mi opinión no es la mejor opción. No dispone de aparcamiento propio y hay muchas cuestas. Tampoco tiene restaurante porque está de obras. El personal no es muy allá en amabilidad y es una mezcla de antiguo y colonial, algo raro.

Magnico hotel en un edificio historico espectacular, ubicado en pleno centro de Haro. El desayuno en el claustro es muy bueno, con productos de calidad. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. El personal es amable y profesional. Volveré

Overall this was a beautiful property but needs work on the humid and musty smell in the rooms as well as the air conditioners in the rooms. I guess since it was cold only hot air was blowing. Left windows open in the evenings which also helped with the stench.
The staff was very nice. Fernando, the bartender, was outstanding as was the lady keeping up with breakfast.

No hemos podido desayunar, sin estar alojadas, lo había preguntado antes de ir, y me dijeron sin problema, y luego insitu, recibimos está respuesta: porque no se puede cargar a la habitación, no entiendo. El claustro impresionante.
