Hice reserva para una noche, pero he tenido un accidente el día anterior y me he hecho un esguince en el tobillo por lo que he tenido que anular, incluso he enviado el informe del hospital, pero aún así me han cobrado el 50% No me parece bien la verdad...

We booked last minute a night in Haro. This hotel is just perfect, lovely outdoor shaded terrace, lovely staff, the rooms are very specious and spotlessly clean, with good products - razor, toothbrush & paste, eye mask, shower caps etc The breakfast was ideal. The only issue we had were there were open bowls of nuts, one of our children has a severe nut allergy... The location is incredible. We did a pintxos/wine crawl around the town... Excellent night in Haro

Hotel muy comodo y limpio, buena atención, la habitación estaba muy bien y buena calefacción, baño grande eche de menos algún amenities. Cama comodo. Desayuno bueno. Se puede aparcar , pero es zona azul, nosotros nos remomendaron un parking.

Pésima relación calidad/precio. Muy decepcionados con el hotel, habitación y sobre todo, precio. No lo recomendaría. Habitaciones sin calefacción a no ser que lo pidas en recepción. Mucho ruido, muy mal insonorizado. Lo mejor, el desayuno.

Very nice hotel in the centre of this beautiful city. We are doing a cycling route through La Rioja and this hotel offers very good facilities. The hotel is nice, the room was clean and the bed very confortable. Also the breakfast was good. In general the staff was very kind.

Nos hemos alojado solo una noche, como parada de nuestras vacaciones a la playa, el hotel está genial, nos pusieron en una habitación familiar muy cómoda y acogedora, todo muy limpio, gran atención, hicimos la cena en el hotel y el desayuno, ya que no estaba incluido en la reserva y todo genial

Es un hotel cómodo, curioso y a pesar de estar en en centro y ser sábado, no se oyó ningún ruido en toda la noche. Además, incluido en el precio, te invitan a una consumición en la cafetería. Hay sitio para aparcar en la calle cerca del hotel pero es zona azul. Lo mejor SIN DUDA fue la atención de la recepcionista: me recomendó los monumentos más importantes de Haro, calles y edificios emblemáticos.

Ubicación perfecta en el centro, la habitación ático espectacular: grande, limpia, con todas las comodidades, baño grande y un detalle muy bueno, dos tipos de almohadas: una blanda y una dura para poder elegir. El desayuno muy completo y la atención genial Muy recomendable
