No issues whatsoever. Staff very cordial and very interested in insuring guest satisfaction. King size bed was very comfortable. Shuttle to the airport was right on time. Driver was very friendly and polite. Quite knowledgeable about the area and airport.

I had an average stay at this hotel. The couch in the room is filthy, but besides that, the beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the lobby is well kept.

Stayed here before and frontndesk horrible. Thia time VERY friendly. Room was ok but clean. The only beef ia the last time $100 hold on cc and this time $250! Makes zero sense as to why this time more.

ordered a 2 bedroom suite through *******. They did not have a 2 bedroom suite when we checked in. Had to split up our family in 2 separate rooms. Had to get new key cards 4 different times during a 2 day stay. Torn carpets, mold near pool area. Overall not a good stay

The 2 room suite was excellent. Kids each had a bed and adults theirs. Loved the kitchen unit. Was close to visit family and close to restaurants. Convenient to Thurway.

Perfect room for our stay. We had 5 adults who wanted to stay together. Got a suite with 3 beds. excellent. Used to break a long trip. Very good breakfast as well.

Fire alarm went off we left the room went to ask at front desk if it was safe. We were told I dont have time to deal with you its my first day. We said we are going to check out now 11pm and not even a apology from management. We were told someone was cooking bacon our whole floor was smoke and terrible smell. Never again at that location
