I got here at the end of a snowstorm and the door was frozen shut and there was actually no heat turned on in the room. There is one towel and one washcloth and half a bar or soap.

The room was old and outdated. No toilet seat cover. The floor around the bed felt like you were going to fall through. The walls were dirty needs to be cleaned and painted. Not what I'm used to and not what I expected. Very disappointed

There were roaches. The hygiene products were utter garbage. The hotel people wouldn't come make over my room everyday even when I had the label on my door handle telling them to do so. There was a dirty pillow on the bed the top sheet had burnt holes

Well the room was clean when i opemed the fridge to put in a bottle of water to stay cold i found a bag of food from a previous renter dont know how lpmg it jad been there was not stinking so i left it for the cleamong crew maybe this time they will find it

Very loud at night . Unclean sheets . There was a lack of towels and also no sliverwear . Room was not up to my clean Standards. Not very much move around space overall will not be staying here again .also there was a pop up $50 insurance fee required at the door even after my room was paid for. But did receive back just thought it should give a heads up on booking websites .
