Red Roof Inn South Bend - Mishawaka

I enjoyed the quiet and how nice the view was right out the window of our room. Very clean and room service when new towels were needed on top of the bed being remade when we would come in from our shenanigans was nice to crawl in to a nice clean bed!

An average one night stay , very out dated . No bells or whistles. Room was clean but no t carpeted. Nothing negative comes to mind just average

Staff was really nice, room was ckean and nice.

Both beds were dirty and one of them had a hole on the sheet, the room smells like cigarettes and unpleasant. There was no breakfast even tho it said it included it. 4.5/10

This is a newer Red Roof Inn or recently renovated with pleasant staff and nice breakfast room. There are 3 entries so easy to move in and out and multi storied so not too long. Easy drive to nice restaurants.

They did not have my reservation, they made fun of me, and refused to give me a room

The room we stayed in was incredibly noisy. I cannot emphasize this enough, very, very noisy. The highway is right next to it and the windows clearly do not block out the noise. The room also was clearly a smoking room that the hotel had tried to fabreeze. We are back home and all of our clothes smell. The bedspread had burn holes in it, assuming from cigarettes. There was long hair (see photo) on one of the beds. The furniture was worn, the lampshade stained. Every time somebody used water the pipes made a high pitched sound. The gentleman checking me in did not give me a “sleeve” with the room number on but I had to find paper in my bag to write it down along with the WiFi name and password, there was no note with that. He also kept asking me how much I travel and when I asked him if this is for a survey he said no. I just wanted to check in but he kept asking. Very poor experience all around. Would not stay here again

Workers breakfast should be on a different schedule with the guest as they are so many of them coming at the same time.

I liked the location. It was close to the highway and close to our destination (Notre Dame). It was clean enough, but could have been cleaner. The common areas should be modernized. The carpets/ paint/stain on doors & trimwork should definitely be upgraded. It just looked outdated.
