The location was great for an event we were attending. The manager and staff were pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile. The breakfast woman was so welcoming especially to our grandson ,she treated him like family, she made waffles for him and they were just what a kid would like. The free breafast was plentiful and had something for everyone. The hotel was clean ,as well as pool. I would recommend Staybridge suites to anyone who needs to travel to the Harrisburg /Hershey area .

It was clean and average. Staff wasn't really present. Coffee in the morning was cold and clearly from the night before. I was down pretty early but no one at the front desk or anywhere to be found to ask about it. Only one coffee packet in the room for a 2 night stay. The rooms and overall feel of the hotel is old and worn. The pool was closed so the kids could not use it. Overpriced for the current condition and experience.

Great hotel in terms of value and staff attentiveness. Every employee from front desk to breakfast area staff to maintenance crew was friendly and outgoing and helpful. Clearly the management has assembled a top notch crew. We had never stayed at a Staybridge Suites property before but, if this property is typical of the brand, we will be looking to stay with them. Rooms were generally well appointed for this class of hotel. Breakfast area was immaculate. Bathroom could use some towel hooks but that is minor. Two small critiques which can be easily addressed: first, our super friendly and efficient front desk person announced our room number out loud. If anyone else had been in the vicinity we would have requested a different room. Second, while the room had a dead bolt lock which worked, the door security latch was broken off. Should be fixed before the next occupant. Really great place overall
