What makes one big city hotel better than another? For me, it's well made cocktails in the bar. a quiet night's sleep in a comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Is the hotel beginning to show it's age? Perhaps. But what never gets old is good service. From the moment I drove up until I parted, I was greeted and treated warmly and professionally, Most notably by valet attendant Marc Hertzog. Well done all of you.

Could not adjust the heat in the room. Would always default to 73 degrees. That is unsat.
