Check in was super easy and fast and they let me into my room early. I had some packages sent there in advance which they were kind about and made a note in my account. Friendly staff, nice room, close to Amtrak and all the restaurants!

Absolutely no charm, the whole atmosphere looked tired and dull. My sister needed to reach me for an emergency and was put on hold for ten minutes until she hung up and tried again. Valet parking was $25 a day and I was charged 3 full days for arriving after 10pm Thursday and leaving first thing Saturday. Just a blah experience.

It’s was MEH to say the least absolutely nothing to write home about. No complementary breakfast was charged like 22 a person and the food was absolutely not worth it for eggs and cereal I wouldn’t probably stay here again.
