My family and I had a wonderful experience at Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle. The service at this resort is exceptional!! The food and beverage is excellent and is great value for your money. Breakfast has one of the widest selections I have seen for a while in any resort. May I mention I am a lifetime Platinum Elite member of another hotel chain and this resort is way ahead in terms of service, the staff make you feel welcome and appreciated! The entertainment on evenings is very good with a selection of premium local entertainers. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished and all have a wonderful ocean view. You have a choice of pools. Another thing that really stands out is the Landscaping. They have done a really good job in this area and its beautiful! I have started spreading the word to our friends and I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone who wants to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand Barbados. Our stay at the Wyndham Grand Hotel was a holiday within our 12 week stay in Barbados. We booked specifically for the New Year's Eve celebration which was easily the best ever New Year Eve we have had in all the years of coming to Barbados. Every single expectation we had about the Wyndham was not just met, but it was exceeded. The hotel itself is the epitome of luxury, comfort and style, . The staff? Simply incredible! A special mention to Romaine and his team for the best NYE ever, Janessa in the Castle View Restaurant, Liannne in the Mediterranean Market, the Rum Master in the Burnt Cask rum bar and Ché-Amor, Front of House. Theirs and all the staff showed absolute passion and dedication to their roles which shone through in every interaction, with every little detail meticulously cared for. And the food – oh, the food was out of this world. We loved it! Each meal, from the fine dining to the sumptuous New Year's Eve feast, and even the breakfasts and lunches, was a culinary masterpiece, crafted with the finest ingredients and bursting with flavour. Nothing was too much trouble. The freshly made to order omelettes for breakfast to the authentic pasta dishes and spectrum of choice for lunch. It was all first class, faultless and delicious. I will add we were worried about some of the over the top negative reviews. As we were already on the island, where we have been holidaying for over 40 years, we visited the hotel ahead of our stay. Our minds were immediately put to a complete rest. We absolutely loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand Barbados and we will book again for New Year’s Eve 2024.

Great time- Brand New Resort, Nice Amenities, Picturesque Views, Beautiful Rooms. Great Food, and Great Customer Service. Tanya with the locs hairstyle was absolutely phenomenal!! She was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, outgoing, and accommodating, an all around pleasure. If good customer service is importantly to you, you can’t co wrong here.

We had a great time and can’t understand the negative reviews. The truth is some people look for reasons to complain. We look for things to appreciate and enjoy 🫶 Rooms were clean and modern. Food was amazing. Castle view is a 5 star restaurant! Desserts are amazing! Grounds are very well kept. We enjoyed our entire trip! Leaving tomorrow.

The property is beautiful & newly renovated. The hotel is far from the main attractions on the island but you can easily get a taxi to take you where you need to go. The property is new & still under construction on some parts but don’t let that steer you away.
