The stay was very nice. It was a short trip. The only issue is that they charged me for the room on top of paying it through Trip.com. this is the second time this has happened through your site.

3rd week of april the hotel hasn’t transitioned yet to warm weather, so AC is not working! So be ready when warm April comes , dont book here , its hoing to be very hoy!

Decided to stay for my anniversary and we had a nice peaceful evening. Willie R at the front desk was great and very helpful.

We spent 3-4 days a week for 2 months while my brother received treatment at mskcc. We couldn’t have ask for better accommodations (full kitchen and private bedroom) Staff is efficient and friendly, great breakfast.
Only - no smart tv and not the greatest hot water/water pressure.

Checkin was super easy. The staff were very nice and when we needed some thing they were very accommodating. Breakfast was fresh compared to other continentals. I ended up extending my hotel for almost a week. I would recommend anyone who stay in the White Plains area to stay at this hotel.

Hotel check in was quick and efficient. Room was large and comfortable and breakfast omelette station was nice. Only odd thing was the distance to the elevators from the front desk. We could have called an Uber. Front desk personnel should recommend guests drive their car to the nearest hotel entrance to the elevator.
