The front desk attendant wasn't around, I was waiting 15 minutes for her to arrive. She said that she was doing housekeeping duties. As a former Wyndham employee with Dolce International, this is unacceptable. The FDM needs not to be the only employee working, especially at night

Property was old and out dated. The furniture in the room was scratched up, it reminded me of the old school Motel 6. I dont recommend staying here. The staff was nice and polite but the issues with the hotel is the ownership.

Just one nite traveling cross country. My room apparently shared a wall with the indoor pool, great little oasis. But I guess all that moisture caused my room to be moldy, strong odor of mold at least. I was moved to a room upstairs, I just couldn't/t ge that mold smell out of my sniffer, or the new room was also moldy. If I was running the place, those carpets would have to go, and just go with the tile used elsewhere in the room. Not. a bad place, besides that, except for weak Wi-Fi, like really poor signal.

Refrigerator not turned on/ ready for use. Air not on, not AC or fan, so room was stuffy on arrival. No signal for TV. Front desk staff promised to come to the room and fix, but never showed. Card reader to get inside from parking worked variably. Took up to 8 taps to get it to read. Anyone, particularly a female, needs to consistently access the interior of the building with one tap. Folks smoking pot in vehicle in parking lot. Elevator dirty. Overall disappointed with stay.
