We love Hilton, it's our preferred choice when possible. The lobby here and grounds were very nice, then we walked in the room.. it did not feel like Hilton. The rooms are very dated and are in need of updates. The carpet in the room and halls was very dingy, the wallpaper in the bathroom was covered in stains, and the window was covered in multiple previous guests forehead prints. Just not the standard Hilton quality. Kelvin at the front desk was amazing! He was super friendly, with GREAT customer service even at Check-in and he took care of us again and changed our room. He listened and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied in the end. On top of that, we then ran into Lynn from Hilton corporate who hooked us up with extra points AND sold us on another vacation package. We love Hilton, and in the end, they still took care of us. Thank you!
