My husband and I were very disappointed with our stay. Our room (room #111) had no hot water in the sink or the tub. This was unacceptable. When we tried to use the telephone in the room to call the Front Desk about this issue, we discovered that the telephone did not work. So, then we used our cell phone to call the Front Desk multiple times, and no one answered. Our family members who were in three other Ramada rooms experienced all of this (i.e., no hot water, broken room telephone and no customer service) as well. We had to get ready for our niece's college graduation in a less-than-desirable manner. Additionally, several of our room's lights were not working. There was never anyone at the Ramada Front Desk. You have to go over to the sister hotel (Microtel) to talk to a company representative. During our check out (at the Microtel), I requested a discount on our Ramada room as compensation for our inconvenience, but I was told the manager would get back to me via email or phone.
