I paid for a king room but was placed in a queen room. I should get a refund for the price difference but have not heard from the hotel or *******.

I specifically requested a non smoking room at reservation. I was given a room that had been frequently used by smokers. It smelled awful.
No other choice but to take the room because they had not other rooms available even though we had to prepay for the room in full.
No curtains in the room and the shade was broken. Bed linens were not clean.

There are people hanging outsides super late into the night 11pm-1am.. they also hang out inside the lobby in those hours as well. Very loud. Had to call to have them keep it down, which they handled it. That was at 1am.
I also got charged twice for my stay and am having the hardest time to get it figured out. They don’t want to refund me even though I have proof of both receipts being charged. I paid in advance back in July for my stay in Sept. and they charged me again at check out. Now they are giving me the run around for a refund.. I’ve had to call 3 times. Don’t waste your time… just book with a well known hotel. I tried to get a hotel close to family and friends and regret it. Next time Ill drive to them from a better hotel.

Lobby and outdoor area very clean . Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was good and breakfast area very clean.
