I was back to Harrogate again in april. The hotel was very busy, but the team always had a smile on their face. The room is huge and shiny clean. Thank you for the great service again, I would never choose a different place for staying in Harrogate.

Budget hotel. Room clean. Staff friendly. If you are in a room overlooking front the noise from the bars is bad. You need to shut both windows to make it bearable but with windows shut room was too hot. (Heat v noise choice ). Pillows are not nice. Take your own. Staff helpful

Bagged three cheap nights back to back and was a wonderful base for a nice cheap break away. Perfect for the Turkish baths and spoons next door. Everything walkable.pub opposite upstairs was fantastic major toms for beer and pizza. Will be back

It’s a bit neglected but clean and tidy…. it’s very inexpensive to stay but the noise is just terrible. I might have been unlucky but given there’s a bar with a terrace right in front of the hotel…. this should be sorted. Exterior secondary glazing is poorly maintained and doesn’t close= miserable night’s sleep

Extremely clean and functional room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was very handy having a multi storey car park next door at a cost of only £6.20 for 24 hours. The hotel itself is well situated and close to all the shops, restaurants and bars.

The heating has been on the whole time. It's like walking into a furnace. Even with the windows open it was boiling. The family had a terrible sleep. Every time I went down there was nobody in reception. Please please please turn off the heating!

My husband and I had stayed there last year too; the hotel is great value for money, clean, comfortable, great central location and with friendly helpful staff. I recommended it to other family members who were equally impressed!
