Excellent hotel Staff were friendly and helpful . We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which was excellent. Staff were very accommodating with allowing us to mix and match from 1 different menus . Location perfect for a walk into town. Room clean and comfortable. Nice relaxing bar area

My wife and I stayed on a Sunday evening with a dinner, bed and breakfast deal - hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful even ensuring everything we ordered to eat from the bar and restaurant were free of ingredients I’m allergic to. Rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and to a high standard, we ate snacks at the bar, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and all meals were perfectly cooked, were very tasty and all excellent value. If we’re in Harrogate again we’d stay here.

Fantastic service! Very clean rooms. First time visiting Harrogate and it has gone amazingly because of west park hotel highly recommend coming here! A big thank you to all the staff working on keeping the rooms clean and making sure they have happy customers, which we where!

The way the staff handled our checkout.Around £ 340-00 put on our bill for food and wine we didn’t order.Problem finding £150-00 deposit paid for Christmas Day lunch.The lady on reception was very rude and unhelpful it took a lot of convincing that we had paid a deposit and not ordered the other food and wine.Love the hotel but checking out ruined our Christmas the receptionist needs to be more customer friendly

Hotel is very good, however our room on the first floor had the air con/kitchen extraction units just outside our window creating a noticeable hum/noise throughout our stay, not the best ambience. Also coffee pod machine in room didn’t work. This was reported to reception at 5.00pm but to no avail as it wasn't replaced/fixed during our stay.

Lovely meal in the restaurant of this hotel. We didn’t stay at the hotel but went there for a meal whilst in Harrogate. We both really enjoyed the food and the service was great too. The fish platter was nice and my husband enjoyed the steak. Recommended!

We dropped of for Sunday dinner on our way home from the National Rail Museum York. I was really impressed with the decor and relaxed atmosphere the food was sensational and worth every penny. AVA our waitress was very polite helpful and friendly and Kazz made sure my 94 year dad had the perfect table. My dad just had the soup and ice-cream, I had the Steak and Ale pie and Chocolate and Orange Mousse and my husband had a burger and apple and rhubarb Crumble. We all enjoyed our food. If ever you are in Harrogate pop in it's well worth it or book a room to use as a base to visit Yorkshire 😀
