I had 2 28" lugguage and 1 small one and the elevator is "out if service".. i need climb up the stairs w my 2 heavy ligguages myself... There is no ventilation in the toilet, the exhausted fan in the bathroom is not working!!!! I booked 3 nights and the first night there is not hot water when I took the shower ... the room is very old and the entire feeling is "not clean" ... I am quite disappointed ...

Stayed with my wife for two nights. Awesome location. Great VFM. Loved the bar, breakfast and staff. Will be back!

The room was small, view was terrible, shower leaked as it was not draining, sink blocked with tissue. Black out curtain was perfect for the morning light, except for the bright blue light that guiding your way all night in the room,and there was no way to cover or turn off this light, equalling in lack of sleep and a headache. However the breakfast was lovely, and staff where polite.

Lovely hotel, great location. Sat on the front terrace in the sunshine while we all gathered from the four corners of the country. Drinks kept flowing and had great fun. Thank you

A truly beautiful hotel in a prime location within Harrogate. The atmosphere was amazing. All the staff could not be more helpful with a special shout out to Manager Becky who really made out visit feel special. We will absolutely be back again soon.

Do you like self check in and check out? Do you like serving yourself breakfast? Do you like ordering your own drinks and carrying them back to the table? Do you like clearing your own table? Well good news, this is the place for you! And all for the low price of $400 dollars a night. And to top it off, you get it all with a fun self righteous attitude when you ask a question. Jokes aside, I was really disappointed with what this hotel had so offer. I was expecting a nice hotel for my mom as this was a special trip we had planned while she can still remember it and felt very disappointed. It started off with our confusion checking in being met with side eyes and short remarks to just all around poor service with parking, especially food and even asking for simple directions. This whole experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The price for this level of service is beyond bizarre! I definitely would not recommend this to anyone, especially if you are travelling with someone who requires more assistance.

A nice hotel in the centre of Harrogate. Standard double room was on the first floor , clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The building is beautiful, with the entrance and bar area really impressive. Our room (exec suite) was large and really clean/well maintained, but it was on the cold side and the heater provided didn’t warm the room sufficiently. Breakfast was very busy if not a tad chaotic - waiting for cups, waiting for pastries, cleared our own table, etc but the food was nice and overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
