Nice hotel but old. The rooms are noisy, you can hear everything the neighbors are doing and the spa baths are very noisy too. Fantastic setting though with the most amazing view and we were very happy with the service in the bar/restaurant and pool area.

The setting for lunch is nice but the service was very poor. The waiter is clearly new and is not getting any of the support he needed. We waited for much more than an hour for our lunch, never seeing the waiter and no updates, and we were the only people there. When I enquired I was told it is because we asked for the pan fried fish which takes a long time...really!? The food is actually nice but the experience is really spoiled by the lack of service.

When doing the booking. Great. Expectation on arrival , looked good. Personnel were very helpful at all times. Booking moved at their recommendation. Over priced for what you get. Beautifull Setting on lagoon. Not for Kids. Make sure of booking with confirmation of the exact room. I personally think personnel incorrectly inform clients and they make a suggestion to move or re-locate on their recommendation which differs to what is expected by. Rates way to much for what you get. Rooms not cleaned . Restaurant menu poor . More a day out type menu for the day visitor. Restaurant advertised but facility not used. Experience was disappointing. No TV - only 3 channels available plus Kiddies channels . No room to reception communication. One has to leave the room to find someone. After 21h00 nobody found on site to report defaults, Definitly not a 3 star rating.

The main hotel was nice but a bit run down. The pool and outside is very beautiful and the staff friendly. The food was not great and the rooms were terrible. We were in a outside room. No Aircon , fan that was noisy , very very old , chairs very uncomfortable and bathroom very dated. Would not stay there again.

The pics taken to promote this hotel is SO misguiding! I’m actually at a loss and not sure how to fairly write this review! The photos you see on all the promotional platforms are heavily edited. And are mostly of the rooms in the front of the hotel that have a view. Please don’t be misled. Do not expect to find what you see on these platforms. If you do not have a room facing the river you are basically stuck in a a small dated what appears to resemble a granny flat or renovated tandem garage. The finishes and decor are from 80’s or early 90. There is no toilet paper and no little bath shower gels or anything pretty and fresh. The room is dark and gloomy, no aircon. There’s a old dirty fan that squeaks all night. The tiles are so sticky you wouldn’t dare walk bare feet. The rooms are just to sad to mention. The hotel in front ONLY has beautiful views and a beautiful pool area and that’s where it ends for this establishment. The focus is on the pool and the river and yet there are no pool chairs / sun beds to even relax on in this area and enjoy time away from your room which you WILL need to do. So you will need to lay on the grass. I feel absolutely cheated and robbed having paid to stay here. Ps: Sheets are stained and are yellow. For the price - there are other beautiful places in the area! Fortunately for us we only stayed one night as we off to our holiday destination for 10 days. Please be warned!!! Ps. staff are friendly, food is below average and guests walk around the place not wearing masks. Very very sad
