There was rust on the shower rod

Parking was med, alot of people hanging around couldn't park near our door. Room was clean but in awful conditions. Great for 1 night stay.

Staff were okay workers wouldn’t say their the best at communicating at all but they’ll surely check you in for the money (90-100$) a night which is no where even worth it the room was dirty as the devils draws I didn’t even feel comfortable showering there when I turned on the bathroom light oh god it was so many roaches I almost left the room they were behind the mini fridge as well . The room smell is very strange almost like filthy clothes and just had a weird odor I didn’t like the curtains or the room at all everything is outdated and it’s ******* staying there along with the people supplying them their stuff it’s highly unsafe there for a kid so I definitely wouldn’t reccomend even looking to come here only way I would even think of a person coming here is if they are in trouble in general or really have no other choice I wouldn’t reccomend if I can rate a -1000 definitely would only thing that’s clean is the lobby when you check in even walking to the rooms it doesn’t even feel right when you open the door to your room just be ready to be disappointed and they also put a paper saying NO REDUNDS AFTER 10 minutes of checking in by the time you get to your room that’ll be considered 10 minutes all in all I rate this a 0 how sanitary 0 customer service 1 healthy 0 safe 1 it’s not what you want for 100 dollars don’t waste your money better off going to motel 6 in Wethersfield none of this issues are there and it’s cheaper thank me later

Rooms could use some renovation since they seem a bit outdated and old. However the staff make sure each room is clean very well. The office staff are all wonderful. Extremely polite and respectful.

Amenities lacking, TV good, drape hooks not all on, quiet, toilet caulking very messy,

This was by far the absolute room out of a horror movie. The linens were complete burned. Never will we go back.

A few sketchy guests around, but very well lit which made it very easy to find my room. Place was clean but no microwave or coffee pot, and the fridge didn’t work.

Perfect place to stay for a night for the Twenty One Pilots concert at the xfinity Theater. 15 min walk, it’s not a 5 star but the room was clean.

Blood on carpet. Black mold in bathrooms. Bathroom door doesnt close...seemed to have been "reapired" by being stuffed with toilet paper. Dead bugs in the freezer. *********** and drug ******* in stairwells. Our teenage children were terrified to step outside the rooms alone. Wish we had taken pictures.
