The property had a good sized room and a good center to do work. However, no one inquired as to whether they could assist my wife with her bag and there is no where to have a quick meal in the hotel. Additionally, Hartford is a less than safe and inviting city. Good thing the cars are kept inside and secure. Had the been outside I would have not stayed.

What a lovely hotel. Gorgeous and stunning decor and outsize and comfortable rooms. Great location - right near everything! The caring staff, especially Marisol, stepped in to help me in an emergency! I left sentimental and valuable jewelry in my room. When I realized this, I called Marisol at the front desk. She and the housekeeping staff found it right away and Fedexed it to my home address. Whew! Than you so much to everyone at The Goodwin Hotel!

Great place and location: 5 min walk to XL center, restaurants and shopping. Really cool boutique hotel, comfy beds. Will stay again. Park on lot down street6 min walk $10 a day

Its a historical building. But for the cost i would expect toilet paper in the room. I would expect a coffee maker and a microwave as well. $3 bottled water is outrageous. The room was booked for 2 ppl and they gave us one bath robe. I was only there for a night but will definitely chose other accommodation s in the future. Ive stayed at motel 6s with better accommodations and price.

The hotel is beautiful- our room was stunning - and the staff is amazing. Only issue was the bed was not comfortable at all. Felt like a pull out mattress from an old couch so we did not sleep well as a result. However, I would still happily return to the hotel.

I would go back, but the restaurant was closed and breakfast was very limited. The hotel is beautiful, and the surroundings are quiet. There is no Tesla Charger at the hotel. There is one Tesla charger in walking distance.
