They have no elevator, seems like the property owners are just trying to do everything as cheap as possible, TV did not work in first room and blow dryers were not working in both rooms.

Really need to upgrade the beds not comfortable at all. Other then that the staff was excellent, The rooms were very clean, The showers were awesome very good hot water, Price was decent per night,

Got there front desk woman was really nice rented 2 rooms we gave a key to our son and then we went to our room my son comes back and gets me and told me his room hasn’t been cleaned. I went and looked nothing was done to the room . I went down stairs told them they got us another room it was fine. The rooms were so hot when we went in and the a/c barely blew. We drove around for 2 hours to let them cool down. We went back I. The rooms and I went to take a shower hair was all over it so I had get the stuff and clean it myself. We drove to er 12 hours to hartselle al. I look up there is mold growing on the ceiling. . Very dissatisfied and I won’t stay at another red roof again. They offered no discount for walking in to a messy room and then we took a down grade and didn’t offer a cheaper rate.

Room was clean but smelled like a former smoking room very small and the night stand was very small. Not worth the price.

This Red Roof Inn is really used for workers in the area an that is fine but you can tell they do not out in at of effort keeping it really clean & fresh. The rooms are not roomy & had a smell that was not pleasant, the beds were not really fresh nothing about the Inn was really fresh. I also had family staying in other rooms and one had blood on the sheets & one room had a bathroom faucet leaking water in the floor and had to keep towels under it. when they informed the owner he said he would have to replace it the next time he was at Lowes. I would NOT recommend this location

The only issue we had was with a key not working to open one of the rooms, but the staff verified the problem and then put one of us in another room as we requested, so all was well, and the problem took very little time to resolve.
